David Silva, a legendary player for Man City, is rumoured to be close to making a shocking move to Al-Nassr, where he will play with Cristiano Ronaldo in the Saudi Pro League (SPL).
Relevo says that the SPL has made Silva a “crazy” offer to go to the Middle East with Ronaldo. This is because Garry Cook, who is now the CEO of the Saudi Arabian top league and used to work for Manchester City as an executive director.
Remember that Al Nassr was the first team in the world to sign Ronaldo as a free agent in December of last year.
The captain of Portugal agreed to end his contract with Manchester United before the 2022 FIFA World Cup, which was held in Qatar. He then joined the Riyad-based club.
Silva, on the other hand, plays for the La Liga team Real Sociedad.
The 37-year-old Spanish football player has played in 20 games for Real Sociedad this season and has scored two goals and set up four others.
After a good time at Man City, the midfielder moved to Sociedad in 2020.
